Cinematictonics presents: Challenging Stereotypes in the movie "The Intern"

Providing results and meeting deadlines when under pressure may be challenging and stressful.
The question is how the 70-year-old Ben Whittaker will adapt to the corporate world despite of old age? The delightful and pleasant movie "The Intern" not only makes you laugh, but it also teaches you a valuable lesson. Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro), a 70-year-old widower who works as a senior intern at an online clothing company, runs into a number of different scenarios in the movie directed by Nancy Meyers. As the plot progresses, we discover more about the intriguing business world, age-defying ambition, and the value of lifelong relationships.

Tea Landscape, with Intern - Personal Piece
Materials: Acrylic ink on vellum Bristol, Derwent art bars, Derwent Inktense, and Tea.
Whoo, I haven’t updated on here in a dog’s age. I’ve still been at work, but mostly posting WIP shots over on my instagram. This piece was an experiment in materials; since I drink enough tea - why not see if I could paint with it?
I found it to act more like a stain - that texture you see if from a good amount of layering. Also, don’t use Lipton; I didn’t feel bad about boiling it for four hours, but it really isn’t very dark (or very good - judging you, Lipton,. Judging you.) I did love the chance to just play with a landscape though - I really do enjoy getting to draw environments.
Uh-Oh: Personal Piece
Materials: Bombay Black Alcohol Ink and Neocolor II
Because sometimes you really, really ought to look behind you.
(Also, neocolor water soluble pastels make for some fantastic textures!)
