📖 Story time with Cherch. 👑 Hello my fellow consumers of culinary confections, cozy up as I tell you how the cluck we got here: me eating crispy chicken bites. 🐔😮🐣 Today's tale takes place at @habitburgergrill, which has the best ranch sauce in fast food. I stopped by for my favorite, an avocado bacon double cheeseburger. 🔥🍔🔥 It was packed, everyone enjoying the flame-grilled vibes. I got to the register and ordered my feast: "I'd like a double charburger, with cheese, no lettuce, add bacon and avocado, please." 🥓🥑🧀 My cashier was super friendly, agreeing with me that lettuce is for the birds. I took a seat and told the insatiable beast in my stomach to chill, as we'd be chomping on crispy bacon soon enough. UberEats and Postmates drivers darted in and out in droves, ready to deliver food miracles to hungry homebodies like storks on a strict schedule. 🚙⏱📲 The jolt of my buzzer meant my food was ready. I jumped up and showed my receipt. I asked for two sides of ranch and left with an eager excitement to eat. When I got home, I saw the burger in the second slide/photo. A single charburger, no cheese, with bacon, lettuce and mushrooms. Nary an avocado or second patty in sight. I was devastated. 🥴💔😪 I am a repository of food, so I naturally still ate it. I also was kind of happy that some random lucky person was hopefully enjoying my masterful creation. This story has a wonderful ending though, because The Habit was so gracious that they gave me a $15 certificate to make up for the honest mixup. I used that money to go back and get my double bacon avocado burger (slides/photos three and four). Then I used the last of it on this ten-piece of crispy chicken bites.
