Finally got around to changing the Laser Etching text on the Monarch 10EE Round Dial Metric Change Gear Kit gears and updating them to reflect some of the great input given by you guys, here on IG. So, here they are. Got rid of the "http://" and replaced it with "www.", moved the "Milw, WI" to the inner band, and moved it all around a bit to clean it up some. Now that the Heat Treating and Tempering is complete, Hobbing is up next. Once the Hobbing is complete, they will get Laser Etched so we are pretty close. What do you think, IG? Needed a good and accurate right angle plate for some grinding so went and bought a decent used one and ground it to my liking. Took some effort and time but I finally got it truly #Square and #Parallel to less than .0001". After this, I used my 50 #Millionths indicator to interrogate it.
