I walked into my living room today and there was some dirty old shoes being held by a cop and I instantly lost it. I couldn’t breathe, I saw flashes of a young girl crying and begging for her life. A man with a gun saying “shut up bitch”. This girl couldn’t have been more than 14. My throat hurt. My chest hurt. Someone was ripping off her clothes. I had to change the channel. I went back, and it was #TheEleven, an A&E series about 11 girls who were raped and murdered in the 70s. Never have I ever had anything like this happen to me before. I’m telling you folks - when the ghost stuff happens, it’s sporadically. And powerfully. And always jarring. I often wonder what the world and it’s laws would be like if the majority of serial killers and rapists went after men instead of women. Like, if Dahmer-type was the majority, ya know? Same way abortions would be available at kiosks at the malls if men could get pregnant. 🤷🏻‍♀️ R.I.P. beautiful angels. None of you deserved that.
