Lona unfurled a wing half way and draped it over him like a roof. ~I am not offended Storm.~ She took a piece of finished meat off the fire and dropped it in front of him. ~Eat. You are skin and bone, and would not feed even the smallest of dragon younglings.~ She herself took another piece and tossed it down her throat before ripping another large piece off the carcass and roasting it with a quick spurt of flames.
He frowned amused at her, slightly offended by her commentary. "If you would've seen me before Shadow came along, I'm pretty certain I would've been quite appealing and sufficient to your appetite." he said to her, a smirk spread across his face. He looked down at the food, his stomach demanding him to eat and he frowned taking the piece of meat. He hadn't remembered he was capable of feeling hungry. He hadn't remembered he was capable of feeling anything but emotional pain. Wow, he really must've looked pathetic.
