When I joined this band, I had absolutely no idea how much I would actually care about and how much it would mean to me. I've had this sinking feeling in my chest for the past three weeks/since the Northlane show. I knew that it was my last show, but it didn't hit me until the last song on our set. I don't cry often, but I did cry during the song because I realized that I loved the band and the people in it a lot more than words can express. I'll admit that at times it was beyond frustrating and I felt like pulling out my hair, but when we hit the stage and played a great set, I knew it was worth it. My heart hurts because I made a decision to do something for myself, and that was to go home and enjoy being home for a while. I won't even get to see my boys at other shows, cause I'm four states away. Nonetheless, I just wanted to give some fresh air to the situation and I trust the guys to figure out who is the best candidate to fill my position in the band. Nicholas, Jordan, Sean, Shaun and Amber (And Leah), I love you guys, and unfortunately this will be my last status on this page. I think this photo adequately describes us and under any given circumstance, we will give you 110% of what we're worth. Thank you for everything, my friends. #thedifferenceca #whattheheartneeds #yallwerewhatmyheartneeded #iloveyou
