And today, we are gonna vent on✨Good/Bad✨ I think part of growing up is realising that it’s less about being good or bad and more about how much we are able to take our loved one’s comfort into account in our own actions. And the truth is that, somedays its just not possible to do that, somedays it just takes all the effort to make it out for the day and that could look really selfish from the other side and learning how to be okay with that cause maybe for that day, it was the best that one could have done for themselves. It’s hard to label someone as bad or good once you have met enough people and have experienced enough variables in your own life, which is the type of insight that age brings that you cannot learn intellectually. As the biggest proponent of youth, I am beginning to (reluctantly) realise how some of the age old sayings does hold some merit regardless. Having access to so much information and knowledge at our disposal, can beguile us into feeling quite accomplished with knowledge of the world in our youth, but for that knowledge to translate into reasonable, intentional action takes patience that can’t be learnt without giving it time. Therefore its hardly surprising that so many of the younger generation suffers from mental health issues, not because they know they exist before getting to experience them (which a lot of older millennials like to accuse the younglings of), but because they learn so much so quickly before getting the time to understand them in the first place.
