They feel as if you are suppose to be of a certain stature, act a certain way, but GOD did not call you because you acted like the rest, he called you to be the demonstration to showcase that though you walked through the shadow of death, God still brought you out. 5 Songs Challenge
When I was in high school, I had an English project where I had to pick out 5 songs and write an essay on how those relate to me, and also put the said 5 songs onto a compact disc. I figured nearly 13yrs later, Iād actually do it again; however, this time, Iām not writing an entire essay to explain. Iām going to do reverse ordering to show which song is of most importance to me right now.Ā
5.Ā The Calling āStigmatizedā-This song counteracts my song below. Stigmatized is when youāre not supposed to be with someone in a relationship due to some kind of a major difference(my simple definition). Anyway, I relate to the song how you ask? I am currently single and have just always felt this way as it pertains to girls.Ā
4. Daughtry āOver Youā-This songās title is enough said. It took me several years(about 4 to 5) to get over my first breakup...and not to mention, she did it over the phone. I see a lot of relief in my life since I got over her. Sheās now married to some guy from marching band. If youāre currently reading this, thanks for the memories, but I donāt miss you anymore.Ā
3. Submersed āComplicatedā-This is basically just the story of life. Life is and gets so complicated that itās not even funny. Sadly to say, some canāt take it and it often leads to suicide, but my message is this: life does and will get better; hang in there.Ā

1. Goo Goo DollsĀ āIrisā-This would not be a surprise to anyone who knows me. I have been obsessed with this song the past 3yrs or so, and I did my own acoustic cover of it on my Youtube channel. The songās catchy chorus describes how Iāve felt for the longest time:Ā āAnd I donāt want the world to see me,Ā ācauseĀ I donāt think that theyād understand.ā My reasons: I donāt wantĀ the world to see me because I am absolutely not perfect, and have made 10.000,000 tons of mistakes during my lifetime; also, I donāt think that the world understands me in general. Iām naturally a shy person until you actually know me.Ā
