Full Circle
A while ago we were helping a Japanese knitwear designer write a book on English and Scottish Wool Patterns and locations. They wanted to include The Button Queen and we agreed and had a photo shoot in store.
A few weeks later the book arrived through the post called ‘Wool’ which was written in Japanese. We placed the book in our cabinet in store with little hope of selling it.
Last weekend two returning Japanese customers came in to our store in search of replacement buttons for their garments. I grabbed the ‘Wool’ book out of the cabinet and showed the ladies. Their eyes widened as i presented it to them and as a parting gift I gave then the book free of charge.
Here at The Button Queen we love to give you the best experience whilst at our store. Hopefully these two ladies will have a good remembrance of their visit.
