Yesterday we voted (Lou ate the stickers). He doesn’t get what the stickers are about.
He does know that no matter how small or how much effort it is to wrangle him, he’s safe and cared for. We aren’t the same animals, but he’s not alone.
Lou gets what being part of a herd means. As a national mammal, I think that’s a pretty important thing to know, understand and value.
It’s been awhile but Lou’s still kickin and up to his regular urban-herbivore antics. We’ve moved to a new home (a few streets away) where he now has a grassy yard and garden.
