iām currently on some meds that arenāt like āyou can get addicted if u take them too longā you can just get them over the counter and theyāre not foolproof but they work in a pinch and help me relax
i can tell you which ones if youād like - one is used by people who have bad jetlag and the other is this herbal stuff thatās basically like drinking a big bowl of soothing tea. i take them together, they work on the good days (nights)

Iām actually probs gonna see my GP about all this cause today as been actual hell and itās kinda getting bad again and I donāt really know what to do. Sleeping has been a problem ever since I can remember but lately itās just been. Terrible. I canāt live like this.
