Dogs
(All dogs are smart and amazing and deserve to be loved but I just wanna focus on one of my dogs that some others have called ‘annoying’)
So everyone knows about those little sidekick pet animals in games. They follow the player around all the time, they never stop. Most people would say they are the best parts of games and the cutest.
Well, my little baby girl, Scarlett, is like those animals.
She’s a jackrussel and quite small. From the moment I got her, she’s made a habit of following me around. She sleeps with me (and growls and digs when she can’t get under the covers) she will sit inside the bathroom with me when I go to the toilet (or stay outside the door) and will try to join me in the shower. She will escape the garden in weird and wonderful ways whenever I leave in the car and she’ll wait at the top of the culdesac for me coming back. Whenever I walk she’ll again, escape, but happily walk beside me with no trouble. She’ll even follow me around in the shop (I get in trouble for that but she’s managed to rip her collar and I have to buy new ones, So now I lift her.) whenever I sit down she lies with me and cuddles me and gives me kisses. Whenever I say “ow” she’s all over me and licking my hands and face.
Now, people say this must be annoying but it really isn’t. It’s the best thing ever. It means I’m not ever lonely, and when I do feel lonely, I just need to look at the ground or my lap to see her there. I get infinite cuddles and kisses. I have someone always there to listen. I always see cuteness.
Sooo I don’t know how to end this rant.
