So, I had a really horrible Thanksgiving.
The irrationality that comes with a panic attack can be hard to understand unless you've been through one yourself, so I made this video to try to help my parents figure out what is going on in my head when I have a breakdown. It's a bit longer than I might have wanted, but I think it did it's job. I should also note that it normally isn't this bad. Normally I can stop them before they start, or get out of them quickly. The circumstances of this incident just pressed all my wrong buttons and I was cut off from all my failsafes.
Also, I'm fine now, and I've done something productive with my experience, so all there is to do is eat some leftover pie :)
