The activity in our last meeting made me realize that I am not alone in my experiences. Many of the things I feel and go through are also felt by others. I learned that the way we behave, react, and think is shaped by the people around us. Society creates unrealistic standards, and because of this, people often seek validation and fear being left out.

I see myself in social comparison because there are times when I feel insecure and not confident enough. I have changed parts of myself just to feel accepted, even when it did not feel right. Learning about these ideas helped me understand myself better. I realized that I was not weak—I was just reacting to my environment.

Everyone I meet is fighting their own battles and has their own flaws. We are all human, and feeling this way is natural. What we need most is kindness—toward others and toward ourselves. Our behavior is not random; it is shaped by our experiences. This realization made me more understanding, less judgmental, and more gentle with myself and with others. 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨—𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳.

Eu continuo mandando a primeira mensagem. Eu continuo falando sobre os meus sentimentos. Eu continuo te mandando recados. Continuo respondendo rápido suas mensagens, porque sempre fui péssimo naqueles joguinhos de desinteresse. Porém, tenho a sensação de que por mais que eu tente me afastar deles, sempre acabo exausto na mesma praia da qual eu fugi.

Eu imaginei viver com você aquele tipo de amor que se constrói da amizade. O que eu sinto por você não é avassalador como meus dois primeiros amores, que foram sentimentos tão joviais e cheios de paixão. Mas tinha potencial pra se tornar algo especial. Só que essa sensação de estar me esforçando demais pra te manter por perto, eu já senti antes... E é exaustiva, angustiante.

Talvez seja por isso que, eu já esteja apresentando sinais de exaustão assim tão cedo. Talvez seja por isso que eu esteja perdendo as esperanças de que isso possa ter algum futuro. Talvez seja por isso que eu já esteja me preparando pra ejetar, mesmo antes de decolar.
