The activity in our last meeting made me realize that I am not alone in my experiences. Many of the things I feel and go through are also felt by others. I learned that the way we behave, react, and think is shaped by the people around us. Society creates unrealistic standards, and because of this, people often seek validation and fear being left out.
I see myself in social comparison because there are times when I feel insecure and not confident enough. I have changed parts of myself just to feel accepted, even when it did not feel right. Learning about these ideas helped me understand myself better. I realized that I was not weakâI was just reacting to my environment.
Everyone I meet is fighting their own battles and has their own flaws. We are all human, and feeling this way is natural. What we need most is kindnessâtoward others and toward ourselves. Our behavior is not random; it is shaped by our experiences. This realization made me more understanding, less judgmental, and more gentle with myself and with others. đđŚ đ˘đłđŚ đ˘đđ đđŚđ˘đłđŻđŞđŻđ¨, đŠđŚđ˘đđŞđŻđ¨, đ˘đŻđĽ đŁđŚđ¤đ°đŽđŞđŻđ¨âđŹđŞđŻđĽđŻđŚđ´đ´ đŽđ˘đŹđŚđ´ đľđŠđŚ đŤđ°đśđłđŻđŚđş đđŞđ¨đŠđľđŚđł.
