but some things to know: she is comics based and not based on the movies!

she’s got the white streak in her hair :/ just no fc has that rip & rogue also has a very distinct southern accent which you are more than welcome to play into! 

she ran away from home at fourteen after her powers manifested -- she discovered them by accidentally putting her crush at the time into a coma, one that he’d never recover from.

rogue is a former terrorist, she joined mystique (also her adoptive/foster mother) and was among the brotherhood of mutants shortly after she ran away from home (so if you guys want to plot some brotherhood vs your character in the past, i’d be down!) 

rogue’s psyche starts to fracture bc of all the personalities she’s absorbed and desperate to be herself (whoever that is anymore) rogue turns to the x-men for help. scott (bc get fucked professor x) is the one who ultimately convinces the other x-men to allow her to stay. it takes a long time for rogue to warm up and trust them, but eventually, they become her family

in a horrifying turn of events, jean asked rogue to kill her if she ever went supernova with phoenix, and she did! so rogue kept her word and used her absorption powers to kill jean. which lead to rogue being flooded with jean’s memories and eventually becoming too overwhelmed to stay with the xmen, rogue, in proper rogue fashion, bounced! 

but dont worry guys, she left a note! 

right now she’s working at the same mechanic shop as robbie. 

rogue can absorb powers so if you want to depower your super for some time, we can do that! but know that during the time your character is depowered, rogue has access to ALL of those powers

when she absorbs your powers though, she often gets some of your memories along with it! (and depending on how far you want to go with it, she can erase some of them as well!)
