I took 2nd way to watch

2. Apple TV + USA (You download via Apple ID USA)
3. Apple gift card issued in USA (This movie costs USD12.99 ) If you have friends in USA, ask them to send code via e-mail. Otherwise you have to buy it on internet site.
1st. you have to make Apple ID USA and download Apple TV ∔USA.
For iPhone user: To make Apple ID in USA, on setting menu you have to change the country to USA by using another e-mail address and create new Apple ID to download Apple TV + USA.
Then you get USA Apple gift card. I believe it's the best way to ask your friend in USA to buy and send you code by e-mail.
I got it from the site named 'Card Delivery'. I find several sites that send USA Apple gift card code by e-mail. Buy it at your own risk please.
