NEW SAW IDEA: one of those silly family Christmas movies where all the kids I mean apprentices bring their significant others to a dinner party hosted by John.
Except this year, Amanda and Hoffman are plotting and scheming. Every time they get into a fight John is always there to scold them.... But every time it's Logan and Lawrence suddenly John is nowhere to be seen and by the time he comes around, they've already stopped and are now pretending to be the perfect blond golden boys. And now they want to prove to John that Logan and Lawrence do fight and for once, they'll get in trouble instead of it always being Hoffman and Amanda.
So far, everything goes to plan. Amanda comes first with Lynn ("oh, what a wonderful woman, I'm very proud of you, Amanda"), followed by Hoffman with his boy toy twinky malewife (that's... what he introduced Strahm as...) Strahm ("uhm.... Mark, why don't you and your.... Why don't you go inside?") along with Lawrence and Adam ("have we met before? It would be wonderful to get to know you better."), but the real event comes when Logan shows up with Zep ("oh I remember you! What a fine man you've chosen.").
At once Lawrence is PISSED. Glares at Logan and Zep the entire time, doesn't engage with anyone except for snide passes at Logan ("yeah this food's wonderful. Unlike someone's taste in men."). Obvs Amanda and Hoffman know about Zep holding Lawrence's ex wife and daughter hostage, that's why they planned this in the first place. They knew Logan was gonna bring that hyena looking fucker /aff and Larry would take issue. Matter of fact they were BANKING on it.
And just as it looks like Logan and Lawrence are actually gonna start fighting, John gets up, thanks everyone for coming, and then drops a bombshell: not only has he started dating again, he's now going out with his insurance provider aka William fucking Easton.
All plans are immediately abandoned. Tension morphs into vaguely pirhana looking confusion. Amanda and Hoffman don't pull that shit ever again.
