What languages do you know?
While he can learn other languages, Patches is only programmed to know English. Teaching him another language without installing a base for it might interfere with his English, so it's best to avoid that, I'd think.

Come now, sir Developer... Patches is a close friend of mine. And I've never seen him exhibit any unnatural behavior.
Testing so far has been inadequate, though. Pokémon are used for battling, and so far, this one hasn't seen many fights. Not even sure it's willing, and that'd prove to be a problem later on, especially if the patch is at fault.
...I'm not much of a battler, myself, so I probably wouldn't be the best one to test that. I'm sure there are plenty of other situations that have yet to be tested, as well.
