Edit: you can still put in your answers, and I'll draw you something tomorrow, but I hit the post limit so I can no longer answer today. I hope anyone who hasn't gotten a gift is okay with a late one...(⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)

I feel like her interaction with The Sisters would have taught her that cats outside the clans are just as valuable as those within clans, so she begins to strongly feel that clan life is causing strife and harming cats outside of the code, especially as "Bramblestar" and her clan begin to punish code breakers.

For the major plot points I'm considering:

-She ends up killing Bramblestar, but instead of fixing things, it makes the clans more distrustful of outsiders

-Thunderclan dissolves? Like, too many cats ran away to join The Clowder and when Bramblestar died and Squirrelflight disappeared, those left got absorbed into the other clans

-Either there's a huge battle which Squirrelflight and a lot of The Clowder dies in, causing those remaining to go into hiding OR Squirrelflight realizes she made things worse and decides to go into hiding with The Clowder while things calm down some in the clans, then she later dies in childbirth after falling in love with some loner

-either way, after Squirrelflight's death, she's reborn (like the whole Cinderpelt thing) and The Clowder looks to this kit as their potential savior, but are super protective

🍄 is it based on a real place?

Yes! The place that the Clowder retreats to is based on a place near where I grew up. The lake by my house always reminded me of the lake the clans lived around, so it makes sense to me that if they keep going beyond the lake, they could come across somewhere similar!
