Sharing Sunday: It’s a small world after all! So check this out... Prentice Watson is a model... I follow him on Instagram... long before I met him... I followed him. I don’t think he even knows that! But this is sharing Sunday... Anyway.. I get this opportunity to reunite with Shaka King Menswear for a Photoshoot for his Chillout Collection AW Campaign for 2018–19. Mind you.. I walk into Shaka’s Flat where we were fitted and I’m thinking to myself... Self... That’s that model that you follow on Instagram that lives in the DMV area. Kool! I’m honored to have even been a thought in anyone’s idea of a photo at this point, so I am ready to take these photos. The photo shoot was taken in December of 2018 and it’s FREEZING outside (Thank God for Shaka King Menswear’s Fall/WinterCollection. The clothes were nice and warm. And Sadrea Muhammad was FAST and takes great photos and Preston was too! And believe you me.. it was cold as I don’t know what, we got that job DONE.. and quick. I remembered thinking how nice/kool Preston was and never thought for one second that the Photoshoot we shot in record time would land us on the cover of Chicago Brothers United Magazine the following April in 2019. The other picture is the time that I was DJing a FANTASTIC Fashion Show at a Mansion for Wain Jenkins (who would ultimately be my cabin mate on a crews that I DJ’d the following October.. but I digress)..
