VINCENT (m) he/him
grey-asexual
the reporter
The Newshound with the ANONYM-ACE source. Having only heard of situations like these amongst his fellow reporters, Vincent finds himself in the middle of a scoop that he cares not to be in. Based on the news stories of people who woke up in situations like this, Vincent is not liking his odds at escaping the yellow walls of the bunker. Thankfully, he's not on his own. He hopes with his bunker friends, Lawrence & Abel, and his own inquisitive nature, they will have higher odds of escaping the bunker, hopefully beating the odds of whatever else lurking within these yellow walls finding them first.
appearance
Vincent is a character I imagined as the trio's big brother. As such, he is the tallest between the three of them, completing the pecking order among themselves. lol While tall, Vincent is also fairly lean built. Not as strong as Abel, but definitely more defined. In an Abercrombie magazine spread, Vincent would be at one end of the lineup while the short scrawny Lawrence would be at the other end. I picture these three bois as some sort of Latinx like myself. Vincent would have a dark shade of brown skin tone compared to the other boys. I pictured Vincent having light brown eyes, probably the same ones he uses to charm his sources for an interview. There would be a nice head of styled hair on top of his head as well. He struggles to maintain it while inside of the yellow walled bunker.
personality
As the figurative big brother of the group, Vincent regularly finds himself getting in between his bunkmates and whatever is cohabiting the bunker with them. Protective yet understands their bunkmates' boundaries, even when there aren't many. A natural sleuth, Vincent is able to figure out a person's intention as well as the intentions of a place - the yellow walled bunker not withstanding. Interviewing hundreds of people for the paper, back handed compliments won't go over his head, rather they'll most likely get a rebuttal. You can say he reads between lines of every ill mannered compliment.
