Do you know what's truly amazing in some lately released games? Arachnophobia Mode!!! (◠‿◠✿)
Arachnophobia Mode is a fantastic feature to protect arachnophobic people like me during the gameplay experience. Some games contain spiders as story villains, bosses or just as part of some settings, but when activated, Arachnophobia Safe Mode prevents you from displaying spiders, replacing them with different enemies or deleting some legs to make them less scary.
As someone totally terrorized by spiders and insects in general, I'm so thankful to developers for their thoughtfulness, for using their time to insert this great feature. If you have no problem with spiders it may seem useless to you (some people even claimed it was pathethic and would make the game "softer", whatever the hell it means!), but believe me, if you do, it literally saves your heart from skipping many beats!!! So now I can enjoy games such as Smalland or Star Wars Jedi: Survivor without any big fear!
