Now the question is will I have any leftovers??? π€ β’ β’ β’ You need : β’ 1 1/2 pds ground turkey β’ 1/2 cup shredded carrots β’ 1 can water chestnuts β’ 2 tbsp chopped garlic cloves β’ 2 tbsp chopped ginger β’ 1/2 cup chopped onions β’ 1 tbsp avocado oil β’ 1 tbsp rice vinegar β’ 3 tbsp coconut aminos β’ sea salt β’ pepper β’ lettuce leaves β’ β’ β’ What to do : β’ SautΓ© ground turkey until fully cooked β’ Add ginger, garlic, carrots, oil , water chestnuts, coconut aminos, rice vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat β’ Add green onions and serve on your choice of lettuce π₯¬ NOTE: you can add teriyaki sauce if desired.
