A moment of complete no motion

At 8:00am in Bangkok Thai national anthem is played through the city of Bangkok. While the anthem is played, everyone stops moving with the great respect. Once it finishes, they start moving again as if nothing had happened. You might feel like you are watching a movie. That is one of the best moment you can see in Bangkok.
Dear Seorah, Though Bangkok has a "no motion moment", KAOS never stops. We will have the next run here again. Don't forget to bring your team backpack!
Oh how I missed 6PM in Thailand! We hear Thai national anthem in radio. ;) เพลงชาติมาตอน6โมงเย็น ไม่ได้ยินนาน คิดถึง #thainationalanthem #nationalanthem #thailand #myasiatrip #ladyammusic #music
I love Benjasiri Park
It’s been quite cool and breezy the last few days so I went for my first outdoor run this afternoon and it was awesome!
Benjasiri Park is a garden on Sukhumvit Road next door to the Emporium shopping complex in Phrom Phong, it is built around an ornamental lake, and it contains 12 pieces of contemporary sculpture by Thai artists and is often used for open air events which I’ve not been to yet but will keep my eye out for any upcoming!
I couldn’t believe how many Bangkokians were out exercising and enjoying the park! They have mini gym areas with basic equipment and people furiously working out and others running laps or playing basketball, badminton and some other game which had a net but they were only using their feet to bat the ball over. There were even people were doing a group aerobics class! It literally has everything - even a skate park!
I stood and watched a group of boys doing park ore on tree trunks and another group doing extreme yo yoing which was bizarre! But so lovely to see families having picnics and all the lazy cats about snoozing or sitting under trees watching squirrels.
At 6pm the Thai National Anthem was blasted out of speakers and everyone in the park stopped what they were doing stood up and were still, respectfully showed respect for the nation. Love this City.
