I was waiting for my food and standing at the counter #TGFF2018 @rwsentosa when she started chatting with me. She was friendly and I detected a trace of accent in her voice. It was then I realised who she was - Forest Leong, Chef and also wife and partner of Sam Leong. The restaurant Forest is named after her. Forest is the chef and co-owner at Sam Leong @ Forest Cooking School which specialises in Chinese and Thai cuisine.
