once every other month, telluride colorado comes alive in a way only the locals understand, new lights draped from lamppost to lamppost, setting a golden warm glow along the main street and city square, the soft twang of a local band can be heard across the way, and vendors and stalls line the street. it’s a tradition now, one that dates back years before the current locals were around, and without fail, it only brings their small community closer. a makeshift dance floor holds line dancing and momma perries famous peach cobbler is surely the first to go. it’s nothing but a good time.
