A stupid TFC "color theory" I made about the player's cat bandaid
(note: this is just a fun little thing I made up, I do not want to make this an actual theory nor want to believe it's canon...and yes I know the player doesn't have a main color)
We all know in the beginning of the game the player gave pierrot a pink cat bandaid for his small wound, I thought nothing of it until I saw "the angel" columbina
like we saw Colombia's color scheme which is a hard hot pink, and the bandaid is in a soft light pink
What if the color pink represents pierrot's love? And the difference of the shade has its role?
I see the hot pink being a symbol of pierrot's first experience in love with columbina, I imagine it's all fun and playful, and she gives him the confidence
Something he needs because he was getting shamed at everyday by humans
(fun fact: hot pink symbolizes energy, confidence and playfulness, Which is very fitting for my vision)
And since the color is harsh to look at for a long time, that also gives the impression that pierrot's love ended so harshly
Now let's talk about the bandaid color...notice how pink hurts him the first time but it also helps him heal the second time? Literally represents how the player took all his pain away
Like the soft light pink heals his hash hot pink, the single act of tenderness from that pink bandaid shows pierrot's impression of the player's innocence
(cause light pink symbolizes tenderness and innocence tranquility like i mentioned)
Edit: white cats (like the one in the bandaid) symbolizes purity, positivity, good fortune, and spiritual healing...just sayin'
Ok that's all I have to rant about, I KNOW I sound crazy thinking a simple bandaid has something to do with columbina but come on I thought about it and want to share it
