Honestly poor Optimus is in for a horrible time, since he has to deal with the upheaval with the miners, lower castes, new cogs, cogless, the Quintessons who are much more threatening, The Decepticons which if they go the way of the TFP versions, and pretty much dying earlier and now being a leader of a planet. No wonder more fanon writes him jaded.
