made a textmode art of some Vylet Pony characters (specifically based on the album Carousel)
I randomly remembered that textmode art was a thing the other week and decided I needed to draw Creekflow with it.
I used the Commodore 64 character set + color palette but tbh next time I do something like this I'll probably just make my own color palette cause the palette I used really wasn't that good for drawing these characters.

NRK TEXT-TV PHOTO COLLECTION
i took a couple photos of text tv pages back in 2021. i can't easily access text-tv anymore and they're killing it dead forever on the 20th this month, i will try to see if i can hook my little philips tv from 2010 up to signal (it's the only tv in the house with a remote that has the teletext button) before then but i don't even know if i can. if i do, i shall take photos of every page i can, if i fail, the following photos are all i'll have left. mostly from the calendar page but a couple other ones too.
(i didn't capture may or july)
i do however have these:
a measly 42 years you became, they're practically killing you in the cradle, my dear sweet text-tv. at least i had the privilege of being your contemporary for 24 of them. my thanks to the editorial staff for keeping it going as long as they did, i'll miss the wonderful words and text art. an era is coming to an end and it is tragic. in the age of the internet, never again will information be broadcast in such an easy, accessible and concise format. soon, it'll have been a beautiful thing. if you're norwegian, take the chance to appreciate it while it still is. snap a few photos, you'll probably never see it again. and if you do, consider sharing them with me. i want more to remember it by.
