Inuyasha chibi for fun.
The earliest memory of seeing neat contrast stuff was with Inuyasha and their swords
Inuyasha was brash and prickly, but still an ultimately heroic character. His sword meanwhile was incredibly dangerous and able to inflict absurd amounts of damage.
His brother Seshomeru however was composed and aloof, but with a VERY gray morality comparatively. And his sword was one that healed wounds.
It could have easily been the other way around (though being a manga/anime for 90s boys, Inuyasha would still need a way to kick ass), and it still impresses me how the story worked with that seemingly opposite weaponry. A mixture of deceiving expectations based on appearance as well as how limited toolsets change someone’s problem solving
Very cool for storytelling and for real life analysis
