Why do t shortages happen? Especially right now sustonon is unavailable internationally. What type of t is very similar but also Instcok all the time?
Shortages happen for all kinds of reasons and are usually quite short-lived. From what I’ve seen the problem is often related to getting the testosterone from distributors and it often varies from pharmacy to pharmacy - I do know of people who aren’t having problems accessing sustanon at the moment, so if you’re struggling to get hold of it, you could try contacting other pharmacies in your area to see if their supply lines are faring any better.
If you’re really stuck, clinics usually advise switching to testosterone enanthate at the same dosage and frequency as sustanon, as the most similar switch. Of course you could also consider switching to nebido or gel, but if having something similar to sustanon is a priority for you, enanthate is your best bet.
