Today.
Following on from my earlier post, was horrific.
I spent ages waiting for my mums friend to finish work to go get my mums bike, which, after buying a pump, wouldn't pump up. It's not long since had a new inner tube so it needs new tyres.
I rang up the gyms again. There is 2 near me. The more famous one is £60 a month to join which is ridiculous, and the other is £30 but there's a £30 joining fee. I'll sort that out when I come home for the summer, but for these 2 weeks I was pretty out of luck.
In the end, I ended up taking my dog for a long power-walk for an hour then coming home and doing some lunges, squats, crunches, oblique stretches and arm exercises with weights.
I think i've done enough for today but I don't feel the sense of relief and happiness I do compared with at home. Think it's because everything here is shit and I hate it. We don't even have a shower, just a bath, and the tap water tastes like metal. I'm definitely going home early this holiday.
Tomorrow's plan.
Found a 5 day free gym pass with this cereal pack. So i'm going to get up, walk to the gym (50 mins away) do a work-out and go my dads for a shower. I'll sort out the rest later.
