Garmin S42, S62, S12, et S60 : Le quatuor gagnant des montres GPS pour le golf ? Skycaddie, TecTecTec, GolfBuddy, ShotScope, Izzo, Bushnell, Voice Caddie… ne cherchez plus ! En France, le marché des montres GPS pour le golf est outrageusement dominé par une seule marque : Garmin. Plus de 60% des ventes sont réalisés sur seulement quatre modèles : Les montres Garmin S42, S62, S12 et S60. Est-ce le seul résultat de la demande ? Il y a fort à parier que la distribution ait déjà réalisé une pré-sélection, pour éviter de stocker des produits qui peuvent déprécier rapidement, et notamment à chaque petite innovation. Garmin se retrouve donc en position de force sur ce marché, et organise elle-même sa concurrence entre quatre modèles qui correspondent en réalité à quatre prix différents, de 199 à 549 euros.
