Hello there! First, thank you for your art ❤️ Second - I was wondering how many drawings do you have to draw to make an animatic (like They're only human)? It always seemed to me like an impossibly endless task.
Hey thanks so much! It honestly just depends on the animatic and the level of finish. They’re Only Human had roughly 250/260 boards, and my You’ll Be Back animatic had around 238 or so.
This is not including repeat boards though, mind you.
TOH had a lot more in-betweens than necessary as well; it genuinely just depends on the artist and the time constraints/level of finish.
The Confrontation is probably going to end up being less boards than my They’re Only Human animatic because it’s really just going to be a fight scene rather than heavily relying on transitions despite both songs being about the same length.
I've read the Bucket List (it's very good) and just wondered because it seems like such an open ending, especially with Crowley not even replying - do you intend to write any more or is that it?
it’s marked as being at 6/8 chapters, and that is indeed what i intend to write!
Number 3 for the unusual asks? If you want to answer of course, no pressure;)
Hi Nads!! :D
3. What colour are your eyes?
Green. 💚😄
More unusual asks!
Ohhh, 12! (for the ask meme) I'm immensely curious!:)
Hi Tesla, sweetie! 😄
12. What do you think about English translations of your favourite native poem/prose?
Regrettably, I still haven't read many English translations of Italian works, but one I liked particularly is this translation of the poem San Martino by Giosuè Carducci. It's pretty plain and simple, but I enjoyed it! (I should really look into translated works from Italian to English more 😄) Generally, when I read poetry translated into English from my native language, I miss all the rhymes and the rhythm typical of "classical" Italian poems (the ones we study on our textbooks at school, basically). But I'm sure there are good ones out there! 👀

Hi sar! 5 favourite books if you'd like to share?:) Have a wonderful day ❤
Yessss hi Tesla!!! 🧡 Absolutely! Here they are:
1. The Neverending Story by Michael Ende
A book about books and stories. I know bits of it by heart since the first time I read it, when I was 12 or 13. And this should tell you all there is to say. Definitely the book I would save in a Fahrenheit 451 scenario! Make sure to read an edition that is printed both in green and red ink (you'll understand why as the plot goes on).
2. Les Misérables by Victor Hugo
If The Neverending Story is the book on books and stories, this imo is the book on life itself. A classic. There's pretty much everything that can happen in a human life written here. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I cried when I read the last chapters and I just couldn't stop.
3. The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov
Gosh. Where to start?? Should I talk about the book within the book about Jesus and Pilate? Should I talk about the devil coming to Moscow with his many faces and personas, and how they unmask the petty and sinful hearts of the citizens? Should I talk about Margarita's flight into the night and the Great Ball of Satan? Should I talk about the ending and Margarita's bittersweet reunion with her beloved Master? This book is simply unique. "Manuscripts don't burn", and thank goodness for it, so that we can read this masterpiece even today.
4. The Great Gatsby by Francis Scott Fitzgerald
I love Scott Fitzgerald. That's it. I love the unusual way he writes, I love the way he paints everything with such strange descriptions but in a very familiar way at the same time. And... I think I relate a little bit to the helpless, dreamer side of Jay Gatsby. I too keep chasing the green light and keep beating on, in my boat against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
5. The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
Listen, I love Oscar. Like almost everyone does, I guess, and for many reasons. Let's just say that this is one of the first novels we were made to read and we were taught during English Literature in high school and I LOVED it. I even own two different editions of it.
Bonus: And then there were none by Agatha Christie. I've read pretty much everything by Agatha Christie, and I love all her works, but this and A Murder Is Announced are still my favourites.
To be noted is that making this list was a challenge. I could have put two or three other books in here together with these. I love reading, and this was a truly amazing question, so thank you! 🧡
For the ask game... Roadtrip! ❤️😉
Hi Tesla! 🧡
Roadtrip: What is the farthest you've been from home?
Rovaniemi, Finland. And yes, I've met Santa Claus!!! 🥰
More warm-hearted asks 💕
