Being Vegan is sometimes difficult when traveling, but when you find a spot that does it, and does it well, it makes all the difference! Inder, currently enjoying walking around NYC, being inspired by tastes, smells, textures, people and the hectic lifestyle of NYC, just wrote us an exciting insider tip for vegans, non vegans, curious foodies or people simply looking for a healthy, hearty morning breakfast! Here is his insider NYC breakfast Vegan tip!

“ I am constantly on the search for a good vegan bfast in NYC. I would ideally like to find an actual vegan restaurant that’s open the wee hours in the morning. I should be so lucky…or so I thought!

I popped into TERRI’s on 23rd street this week and had the bacon cheddar chicken ranch, if you think that’s a mouthful you should have seen the sandwich ! Along with it I got a vanilla shake. I am still speechless, because they don’t overly advertise that they’re vegan I had to go back to the counter to make sure the beverage was sans lait, Holy Shake! They also do juice cleanses and vegan DOUGHNUTS, 6 am – 11 pm !
