Backstory an experiment made by trying to make invincible typeless pokemon, selectively bred to learn Burn up and spoiled since as a child so he would be easier to make the project, at the age of 10 he got stripped on a laboratory chain, as he cried and screamed as he was forced to spam Burn up after he loses his type permanently and being added shedinja parts to give him the ability wonder guard, luckily he escapes but broken, now wanders the world and doing weathever he wants to and help other Pokemon
Personality with a mix of sense of justice and a perma-smile on his face he always loves helping other pokemon, he can feel like he has no emotions sometimes, letting it impersonate others, but honestly he just wants to do something after he lost his purpose, if only he can stop being distracted for a second, sometimes he feels like nothingness speaking himself as nothingness but other than that he's ready for the ride and can be a bit of a troll
Powers, making costumes which he keep on his bag to impersonate people, Shedinja wings lets him fly, he can cease to existance, and can delete every part his paws touches. Resistance to pain.
