The Bad VS The Good
My friend says that if you list ten bad things about yourself and then fifteen good things, then you feel better (?) So I thought I’d try it XD
Bad Things
1) I’m not confident
2) I get depressed
3) I lock away my feelings
4) I judge those who act depressed
5) When I get angry I am very violent
6) I bite my lips
7) I live in a world of my own
8) I don’t have any goals in life
9) I sprain my wrists too easily
10) I let people push me around
Good Things
1) I am very polite
2) I have a good upper body
3) I am persistent and don’t give up
4) I like to think about the positives
5) I have lovely hair
6) I am very creative
7) I try to smile all the time
8) I stick up for myself and my friends when necessary
9) I always stick to my friends
10) I don’t complain unnecessarily
And so there we go, I recommend people doing it, it makes you think about yourself quite a lot, which in a way is a good thing because sometimes people don’t have the time to just stop and think.
