Apple butter sauce cooks pork chops until they are tender. They are served over rice for a comforting and tasty meal. This simple slow cooker recipe is great for days when you're busy and just want a hearty dinner without a lot of work.
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops. 1 cup apple butter. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 cups cooked rice. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Soy sauce, ground ginger, apple butter, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put the pork chops in the crock pot. Put the apple butter mix on top of the pork chops. The pork chops should be soft after 6 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high heat. Put pork chops on top of rice that has been cooked. If you want, you can add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish.
