Ingredients: 4 lamb chops. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Season lamb chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the skillet, saut for 1 minute. Place lamb chops in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to desired doneness. Remove lamb chops from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
