So. Om. Om the ocean, for 🌎World Ocean Day 🌏. I feel most times like this here foto 📸. The duality of the world mostly overwhelms me. I definitely can relate to someone hiding like a monk in a meditative cave some days, (my room, or apartment, etc.). What has been passed on in philosophies is mostly what has been told before. I am thankful for friends of @sumukhi_devi108 and @anandaashram for sharing all practices and traditional yoga here in the west. I try to remember in my young yogi hood here. Remember this girl. A happy bright being. Notice, yes, the world overwhelms. Makes me cry and get angry. I turn to faith, Angels, saints, bible passages, music, artwork, the ocean to help me get on with it so to speak. To not get stuck. This is yoga in life for me. Viewing a truth and relationship with God. I can only speak and see through my heart and eyes. I refer to this.
