XD One of my absolute favorite villains of all time from any game.  >:} This fabulous jerk is a tough one to draw.  Not entirely happy with how this came out.  Me thinks some Tiesel Bonne studies are in order.  A very different character structure than what I am used to drawing.  Will be a very interesting character to study.
