#tech dummy

ok i know there are methods for having food delivered from places that don’t normally deliver.  i’ve heard people discuss the idea before.  but i have no idea what any of them are, how to use them, if i can use them when i don’t have a smartphone that can use apps etc.  google hasn’t been as helpful as i hoped because most of the links seem to be about apps, particularly apple-friendly ones.  can any of you advise?  i just want someone in the hampton roads area to deliver me some kind of creamy seafood pasta (restaurant tbd) so i don’t have to go on a wild goose chase and waste petrol in my behemoth gas sucker truck.
