When we don't used the cast kettle for a while. The rust grow inside and outside of the kettle. What should we do? I boiled a pot of dark oolong for 1/2 hours. And then used tea towel (soaked with tea) patting the kettle's surface gently. The tannic acid from tea really reacts the rust magically. I'm pretty sure I remember someone posting about a green tea spread that tasted great. This is its cousin, the milk tea spread. Seeing as how I'm not the biggest fan of green tea products (although I love green tea itself) but I do enjoy a good milk tea, I was eager to give this one a go instead. It did not disappoint! I'm going to have to try really hard not to eat it out of the jar with a spoon. ^^
