This fanbase...
You like your books, go read them. No ones campaigning for them to be changed or to remove the things you like in them or taking the piss out of what you like, so why do Yennefer fans feel the need to do that to others? Are you that insecure?
The developers have confirmed Yen is not, and never will be, ‘canon’ for the games. They did three games about Geralt and Triss, yet the games still allow you to have what you want. Do you need to campaign and attack others for being able to have what they want? Jesus Christ, it's been nearly three years. People are abandoning a fanbase they once loved and supported to death because it's become such a toxic fucking wasteland. Never seen such a mix of hate and insecurity as I see coming from a section of this fanbase, a fanbase that used to be heralded as the best in gaming. So sad. If you feel the need to do such hateful behaviour three years on against your fellow fans, it says a lot about you and the severity of your insecurities. Think on that, it might be a chance for personal growth and some healing in this fanbase.
