Cleanse update! Day 235 of my #365daycleanse. Truthfully gang, if you want to lose some weight and keep it off, it's about consistent daily activities. Eat healthier and move around. It's not about a 5 day or 10 day plan. That's why I joined the Challenge. We break life into 90 Day chunks, set goals and through great tasting, healthy food and exercise help you to hit those goals and reset for the next 90 days. Been living the challenge for 4 years now and I never needed some special cleanse to lose over 100 lbs. Eat nutritiously, get your daily dose of vitamins and the proper supplements, then get out and move around if you want results. If you can do that on your own, great.
