I was at mackinaw island today and they passed the military graveyard. Today it brought back memories of Samantha's burial. Times like these sown times bring back emotions of sorrow for lives cut short. But they also remind me of the amazing last year of her life full of love, happiness, and many great adventures. These moments are the moments that help us appreciate every moment we have and push me to live life to the fullest! #teamtinydancer #teamtinydancerforever #cellardoorskeptics

As today has started to wind down, and the emotions of the day have tapered off, we sit and reflect of the celebration of life and impact Samantha had on all of us. I will miss seeing her bright smile and hearing her goofy laugh, but today reminded me of the power of humanity and the power of humans. And though many who attended have different world views, beliefs, and philosophies, we all came together to celebrate the life of Sammy. This day was not without tears, but it did bring joy, laughter, and a sense of Oneness. A feeling and philosophy Samantha would have wanted. Our journeys are not over and we must embrace the attitude of a little girl who has touched so many. "Keep on smiling." #teamtinydancer #teamtinydancerforever
