I get a lot of 'how to questions' about diet, training, losing weight etc. The simple answer is time and consistency, the complicated answer is time and consistency with the right approach. I did not wake up like this, I am not a metabolically lucky individual, and I did not get this by simply 'working hard'. I got this way by being persistent and patient and working smart ( none of which I can take complete credit Bc I have an amazing coach @allencress who makes sure my head is screwed on straight)! Both pictures are me in the middle of solid off season. The difference is spending that year and a half systematically changing my body composition and NOT depriving my body of the things it needs to change i.e. food, proper training and taking the time to let it work! Progress does not happen overnight and it does not happen without a plan! If you need help then get a qualified and credible coach and stick with it but regardless the real answer to all the 'questions' is....
