What did you DO (also I can't stop laughing at 'sploon' oh my god)
I don’t even know! Tuesday I hit the gym super duper hard (I’m talking I was so in the zone that I finished my last exercise, paused for 1 second then just dropped out of exhaustion), came home and had my everyday meal.
Then the next morning I wake up from this horrible pain like someone is stabbing my already tender spleen (see: November 2017′s Spleenalooza) and after the whole romp to the ER and the tubes and tests the docs say the only thing wrong with me is my spleen is still 2large after 5 months (I absolutely did not help the recovery with all the December sweets and red meat). Doc says it was either exercise or food that did me in but I was kinda doing both just fine for a while (granted not THAT intense).
By my sploon, spleeb, and sploongus, I know not what my spleen’s beef is with life right now.
