This is the last part of this workbook. I will be featuring a new workbook series next week.
A lot has happened since my post last week. We still had work then, but since then an enhanced community quarantine has been issued in the entire Luzon island. My day work is closed, and so I stay at home. For how long, I have no idea. At this point, I do not want to panic as yet. There are after all bills that still need to be paid.
The spread of covid-19 has caused a lot of inconveniences all over the globe. I hope that when the dust settles, someone would be held accountable for whoever started it in the first place.
I will look at this situation positively. There are lots to be thankful for at this time. We have always maintained a simple lifestyle with simple daily needs. As long as we have the besic necessities, I'm sure we will be just fine. I pray for my daughter though, as she still has work and needs to go to the office daily. It's a good thing work is just a mere walking distance away from home. We're hanging on tight. This too will soon come to pass. Inshallah!

I can't believe that another week has passed. It's the first Friday of March. Summer is just around the corner here. I could feel the heat every day. I usually do not look forward to summer heat, but in light of the coronavirus scare, I would welcome summer any day! Being sick is worse than sweating from the heat of summer. I'd love the chance to go to the beach again!!!
Learning is a continuous process, so take time to teach your young learners wherever you go. Each moment with them is a teaching-learning moment. I'm glad I had that attitude, as I can now see how well my daughter has turned out. Keep supporting your young learners. This helps them develop self confidence. They will be encouraged to learn things on their own too.

We're back from vacation with lots of photos and stories to share. In a way, we're glad to have taken the risk of traveling. It seems the coronavirus spread won't be stopping any time soon. In the past years, we don't usually look forward to summer and the warmer weather in the country. I think for this year, that will change. We just came back from Cambodia where weather seems hotter than Manila. We were glad to be outdoors under the heat of the sun for most of our stay there. LOL! ^_^
It's tough to get back to normal. I still have a bout of vacation hangover. I guess I'd be back once my stories and photos have all been shared. Well, enjoy your weekend! I remember last week, we were at the airport waiting for our flight. What a wonderful memory! Till then... ta-tah! ^_^

I'm actually on vacation this week. So glad that Tumblr has scheduled posts that I could set my posts in advance. I would surely love to share updates on my vacation once we are back home. ^_^ For the meantime, enjoy the rest of the workbook. I found these materials truly helpful during my teaching career. In the process, I also learned a lot. That's why I'm sharing them with all to enjoy.

Perhaps school will resume this week despite the coronavirus scare. Filipino-Chinese schools declared no classes the week after the Chinese New Year. For sure, end of the schoolyear might be extended for two more weeks. Oh well, it's better to be safe than sorry. I pray that the coronavirus won't spread locally. Philippine healthcare services are inadequate to handle such a contagion, just my two cents. Such an epidemic therefore is truly a nightmare for us locals. Wish the local government would be wiser to protect its citizens above anything else. Tsk.
