Hello Tumblr Friends!

A few people have asked me why I named my Tumblr “Teaching Literacy” if I don’t talk about teaching. I do talk about education, but over the years, our community here has grown to include lots of other people who are also interested in literacy: readers, writers, parents. This is why I blog for myself, primarily, but also for all of you.
